Change in life is a constant. Sometimes it is thrust upon us. Events in my life in 2010 forced major changes prompting existential crisis and a complete overhaul of belief. These events, and my 30 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and 27 years as an Air Force Officer, have given me the foundation to help you find meaningful and lasting change.

ABOUT ME
WHAT I AM
Just like everyone around the world I fulfill a number of roles in life. Husband, father, brother, son. I have been a social worker and therapist for 30 years. Much of that time I have also been an officer in the United States Air Force. Leading up to a move from England to California in 2010, after much intense and painful study, I came to the realization that the high demand religion of my life was not what it purported to be. The journey of anger, pain, reconstruction and acceptance, and my experience in treating trauma in military members, has left me with unique experience in being able to offer my services to others leaving high demand religions or cults. I have learned many tools and developed skills that have helped many going through these types of life changes find peace.
WHO I AM
I am a change agent, by training and experience. Every individual has the right to self-determination and the opportunity to live the life they want. My desire is to help people reduce unhappiness and discontent. My life experience and training has given me wisdom and knowledge in offering trauma informed therapy focusing on helping others find meaning and peace in their life after experiencing the loss of foundational beliefs that often occurs when leaving high demand groups or religion.
